Pawan Kishore Jandial

Biography

Pawan Kishore Jandial has practised from Udhampur for more than thirty years, appearing principally in criminal trials, civil suits and property litigation. He founded the chamber on a simple working method: the record is read completely before any position is taken, and the client is told plainly what it supports.

His criminal practice covers bail, trial defence and appeals before the Sessions Court and the High Court at Jammu. On the civil side he has conducted suits for declaration, partition and specific performance through trial, first appeal and execution, and he continues to appear in revenue and land-record matters where the title chain and the jamabandi diverge.

He appears personally in the matters he accepts, and supervises the chamber’s drafting.
